Day 01 : Arrive Delhi
AM : Arrive Delhi and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day free to relax.
PM : Overnight at Delhi.
Day 02 : Sightseeing of Delhi
AM : Full day tour of Old and New Delhi visiting Chandni Chowk, Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat, Humayuns Tomb, Qutab Minar, India Gate. Drive past through the Houses of Parliament and Janpath.
PM : Overnight at Delhi.
Day 03 : Delhi - Jaipur ( 256 kms )
AM : This morning drive to Jaipur. Arrive Jaipur late afternoon and check in. Later proceed to the city centre for phortographs. Watch the daily life of the Pink City , which truly is a photographers delight.
PM : Overnight at Jaipur.
Day 04 : Jaipur
AM : Morning proceed on an excursion to the Amber Fort. Ascend the fort on Elephant back. Afternoon visit Jantar Mantar, City Palace Museum, Royal Observatory. Jaipur is a great place to shop for carpets, semi precious stones, blue pottery, bed spreads.

AM : This morning drive from Jaipur to Agra. En route visit Fatehpur Sikri which was the capital of Emperor Akbar for 14 Years. Arrive Agra check in and relax.proceed to the Taj Mahal for a visit to this beatiuful monument by sunset.

Day 06 : Agra - Khajuraho
AM : This morning visit the Red Fort and drive to the airport for flight to Khajuraho. Arirve Khajuraho and transfer to the hotel. Later visit the temples.

07 :Khajuraho - VaranasiAM : This morning revisit the temples ( if desired ) or relax in fresh air. Afternoon transfer to the airport of flight to Varanasi. Arrive Varanasi and transfer to the hotel.

AM : Early morning boat ride on the river Ganges. Return to the hotel, relax and proceed for a city tour + a visit to Sarnath.

AM : Drive to Madurai this morning. Arrive and check in. This afternoon visit the palace and Meenakshi Temple.
PM : Return to the hotel, relax a while and proceed to the Meenakshi Temple once again to witness the night temple ceremony.

15 : Madurai - Peryiar ( 137 kms )AM : This morning drive to Periyar. Arrive Periyarin the afternoon, check in and relax.

AM : Take a boat ride on Lake Periyar this morning. Witness the wildlife that surrounds the lake.
PM : Afternoon walk in Periyar town and shop for some fresh spices which produced in abundance in the region.
Day 17 : Periyar - Kumarakkom ( 110 kms )
After a relaxed morning drive to Kumarakkom. Arrive at the jetty and get transferred to a hotel on this island, by boat. Relax in tranquility and gaze at the greenery that surrounds the lake island.
Day 18 : Kumarakkom
This full day is free to relax or walk around the paddy field surrounding the lake. The adventurous can participate in the daily routines with the local paddy farmers.
Day 19 : Houseboat
This morning board a houseboat that will take you through the famous backwaters of Kerala. Whilst cruising along you will witness a toddy factory, coir factory and a race trophy boat making factory.
Day 20 : Disembark from Houseboat & drive Cochin
This morning disembark from the houseboat at a point in Alleppey. Drive to Cochin. Afternoon city tour of Cochin, visiting the Dutch Palace, Jew Town, Chinese fishing nets and St. Francis Xavier's Church.
Day 21 : Cochin - Goa
Relax this morning. Drive to the airport in time to fly Cochin/Goa. Arrive Goa, transfer to the hotel. Check in and relax.

Morning visit to the Elephanta Caves across Bombay harbour by boat. Afternoon city tour of Bombay visiting the Gateway of India, Afghan Church, Victoria Terminus, Crawford Market, a drive past The Marine Drive, Jain Temple and conclude the tour by a visit to Mani Bhavan, which was Mahatma Gandhi's house in Bombay for 14 years.
