The Palace on Wheels Train
This train is completely self-sufficient and offers a dream combination of traditional hospitality and modern facilities. Palace on Wheels is a fully air-conditioned train having fourteen deluxe saloons with attached baths. On board there is a well stocked bar, two lovely restaurants and the provision for indoor games. There is a charming souvenir shop in the lounge that adds to its attraction.

1) Cost Per Person, Per Night (on twin sharing - in US Dollars)
2) Booking available for Min. 4 Nights out of a total of 7 nights.
3) For children between 5 to 12 years of age, a special discount of 50% is offered. Two children can enjoy the luxuries at a fare applicable for one adult.
4) There are special rates for charters.
5) Travellers from India can pay in Indian Rupees by converting the US$ dollar rates into Indian Rupees at the prevalent exchange rate, at the time of payment.
6) The tariff mentioned above includes the cost of travelling, food & snacks (morning tea, breakfast, lunch, evening tea and dinner) & conducted sightseeing tours.
7) The tariff mentioned above does not include liquor, laundry, video camera charges for entry into parks & monuments and other items of personal choice.

Terms & Conditions
1) How to Book your Seat - In order to make reservations, you have to pay us as per the following schedule:
- 20% - at the time of booking.
- 80% - 1 month before the travel date
Please note that the booking shall be confirmed only after we receive the final payment. Till then, your seat(s) would be blocked.

2) Mode of Payment - Payments can be made by any Credit Card or through Swift money transfer.

3) Cancellation - In order to cancel your reservation, kindly send us a cancellation request through fax. The cancellation charges shall be applicable as per the details mentioned in the table on the right.
- 5% of ticket value - If cancelled 2 months (60 Days) before departure date.
- 20% of ticket value - If cancelled between 30-59 days of departure date.
- 50% of ticket value - If cancelled between 15-29 days of departure date.
- 100% of ticket value - If cancelled within 15 days of departure date.
